A micro-app is a small composition of data, typed actions, state, layout and policy. Describe it in text, edit it as visual blocks or source, preview the authority it requests, and reuse one instance across every relevant surface.

The builder does not generate arbitrary code and hope it is safe. It produces a validated, signed manifest over trusted components, providers and typed actions. AOS-PROD-018

The UV example

Data already exists. The interface should not be forbidden.

iOS or Android may expose UV data somewhere but still prevent the exact personal view and action combination you need. Agent OS lets the user compose the missing interface without creating another app silo.
