Roadmap

Two tracks. One decouples the other.

The main strategic decision: run a fast, low-risk product track in emulation, separate from slow hardware bring-up. They converge at the end — the product on top of the real substrate — but neither holds the other hostage.

Track A Buildable in simulation before custom hardware.

Track A — Product and platform

Entity services, action providers, history, micro-app runtime, agent safety, Agent Mesh simulation and mock hardware providers can progress independently of a production phone.

  1. A1 · Platform bootstrap and isolated components
  2. A2 · Entity Store, actions and history
  3. A3 · Micro-app reference runtime
  4. A4 · Agent Mesh simulator and providers
  5. A5 · Integrations, conformance and ecosystem

Blocked by: No production hardware dependency for the reference model.

Track B Measured through documented targets and staged accessories.

Track B — Hardware

Real-device bring-up, graphics, telephony, camera, power, low-power radio accessories and later integrated hardware proceed through explicit evidence gates.

  1. B1 · Documented-board bring-up
  2. B2 · Display, input, storage and networking
  3. B3 · Telephony and camera evidence
  4. B4 · Agent Mesh accessory and fixed relays
  5. B5 · Future integrated device gate

Blocked by: Documentation, boot control, firmware provenance, certification and supply continuity.

The task graph

327 planned work items.

Nine phases, each with acceptance criteria, dependencies and linked specifications. Read at build time from the repository — a real plan, not a wishlist.

Documentation is organised into ten thematic volumes; implementation into Phase 0–8. AOS-PLAN-010
